If a course, a project or an organisation is to be successful, then dealing with conflicts and emotions in a confident manner is essential.
We will look at techniques and practices to identify conflicts early and deal with them in an appropriate way, so that the knowledge lying dormant in conflicts can be used. This will include understanding the meaning of conflict, learning tools & routines for early identification of issues that lead to withdrawal, division or aggression in the short or long term, the importance of "psychological safety" for good cooperation and how this can be achieved.
It will also be about emotional sovereignty and resilience, i.e. for example getting to know one's own mental and physical limits and getting to know methods and routines of self and group care.
Another aspect will be "deep democracy", a process that creates the conditions for all voices to be heard and thus for the wisdom of all to be harnessed and integrated
For all those who want to learn how to better deal with emotions and conflicts, this is the perfect seminar.
