What is DRAGONJOURNEYS about?
DRAGONJOURNEYS is an annual programme for DragonDreaming trainers. Within the Journey, two seminar trips will take place to Austria and Denmark. In these two neighbouring countries, the further training of the teaching staff will take place with our European partner organisations Sociocracy Centre Austria and BusinessByHeart. Between the mobilities and afterwards, the trips will be reflected on during weekends in Germany and what has been learned will be further integrated.
During the seminars we will "dance with our dragons", meaning a confrontation with difficult subjects, because they revolve around topics such as emotional intelligence, conflict culture and trauma in group processes. The participants will engage with the contents in a playful way. Among other things, this will be done by means of self-awareness elements.
In addition to the workshop programme, there will be space to get in touch with each other and with the regional environment.

The seminars
We will embark on a journey together to look in depth at the challenges around emotion culture, trauma healing and conscious communication. The aim is to provide tools that help to maintain an appreciative learning atmosphere when dealing with challenging situations in courses.
The seminar in Austria will be about emotion and conflict culture. Among other things, we will learn how to deal with conflicts constructively and how to use the knowledge that lies dormant in them. Furthermore, it will be about dealing with emotions on a personal, group and organisational level.
During the Seminar in Denmark we will go deeper into trauma and blockages and learn the method "Resonant Healing". We will learn to recognise our own blockages and traumas and at the same time we will learn how to hold the space for other people who are struggling with their dragons.

Cost?
The costs will be covered to a large extent by Erasmus+. Only the arrival and departure to and from the respective assembly points for the journeys to Austria and Denmark are to be organised by the participants themselves. In addition, a small participation fee may still arise for the intermediate meetings.
