If a course, a project or an organisation is to be successful, then dealing with conflicts and emotions in a confident manner is essential.

We will look at techniques and practices to identify conflicts early and deal with them in an appropriate way, so that the knowledge lying dormant in conflicts can be used. This will include understanding the meaning of conflict, learning tools & routines for early identification of issues that lead to withdrawal, division or aggression in the short or long term, the importance of "psychological safety" for good cooperation and how this can be achieved.

It will also be about emotional sovereignty and resilience, i.e. for example getting to know one's own mental and physical limits and getting to know methods and routines of self and group care.

Another aspect will be "deep democracy", a process that creates the conditions for all voices to be heard and thus for the wisdom of all to be harnessed and integrated

For all those who want to learn how to better deal with emotions and conflicts, this is the perfect seminar.

The seminar leader:

Ulrike Reimann
Process facilitator, trainer and consultant
Pedagogue for holistic team and organisational development Self-organisation and learning organisations
Process facilitator (process-oriented psychology according to Arnold Mindell)
Trainer for Nonviolent Communication, Holistic Project Development (Dragon Dreaming) and Myroagokik (Social Practices for Mourning and Farewell Processes)

Since 2010, Ulrike has been developing Dragon Dreaming workshops and trainings and supporting companies, teams, community projects, educational institutions and social enterprises to integrate the method into their work. In addition to her work as a process facilitator, she teaches at various universities on the topics of group dynamics and participatory project development and works as a team coordinator at Gemeinwohlökonomie.
